Care & Maintenance Guide for 3D Printed Products
All MaktabLab products are crafted using advanced additive manufacturing technologies and durable, high-grade PLA filaments. To keep your items in prime condition, keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Layer Line Texture: Fine surface layer lines are an inherent, authentic hallmark of the layer-by-layer 3D printing process, highlighting digital craftsmanship rather than manufacturing defects.
- Heat Exposure: Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat (such as leaving items inside a closed car under direct summer sunlight) to prevent thermal deformation.
- Articulated (Flexi) Joints: Flexi models are engineered to move fluidly; avoid forcing joints beyond their natural range of motion to preserve structural integrity.
- Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, rinse with lukewarm water and mild soap, then air-dry completely.
